365 Days of Gratitude Journal
‘Gratitude is the wine for the soul. Go on. Get drunk.’ Rumi
Being grateful is easy…
…when everything goes according to plan.
But how do you keep at it no matter what life throws at you?
Enter 365 Days of Gratitude, the undated daily journal that will help you stay on track.
After years of barely surviving her own emotional minefield, writing coach Mariëlle S. Smith discovered the transformative power of practising gratitude. But, like no one else, she knows that cultivating an attitude of gratitude is easier said than done.
Complete with inspiring quotes, daily prompts, and recurring check-ins, the 365 Days of Gratitude Journal encourages you to create a sustainable gratitude practice too.

What did I think?
I’m no stranger to a gratitude journal. My son and I start them from time to time and try to fill them in at night before bed, but I have to admit to not doing it every single night without fail.
The layout of this particular journal is fabulous!
In each day, there is a section on:
Three things I’m grateful for, Something I want to remember about today, Something I could have been more grateful for today. There’s also a space to rate your day and to set your intentions for tomorrow.
Then at the end of the week, there’s a lovely quote and a summary sheet to sum up your thoughts over the last 7 days. I really liked this.
There’s a summary at each end of 3 months so you can evaluate what you have done and what you also could have changed.
I found it particularly easy to use, and found myself wanting to complete it every night. I think a lot of thought went into designing this journal. As a stationery freak and a gratitude journal lover, I absolutely loved it. I did get a free copy to review, but loved it so much that I also bought a copy too! Really love this author’s work and will be looking out to see what she does next!
